Weight limits: 200 lbs per cat , 200 lbs per dog
Pet Types

(a)Tenants are permitted to have a maximum of 2 Pets within the Premises, subject to the following terms and conditions:
(i)Tenant shall pay a one-time Pet Fee in the amount set forth on the Lease Summary Page, per unit.
(ii)Tenant shall pay a monthly pet fee in the amount set forth on the Lease Summary Page, per animal, for the duration of the Term.
(b)Tenant shall follow the rules and regulations regarding Pets (including any restrictions regarding certain breed of animals with the Building and/or Premises) at all times and violation of such will result in a default under this Lease.
(c)Service or Emotional Support animals are NOT considered Pets hereunder and shall not be subject to the fees specified above.
(d)Tenant shall cleanup after their pets within the Premises and Building, including the common areas.
(e)Landlord shall have the right to charge to Tenant a one-time Sanitation Fee upon termination of this Lease.
(f)Tenant shall not be permitted to allow any visiting pets to enter the Premises.
