DiGeronimo Development, LLC (“DiGeronimo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values the privacy of individuals who interact with our online services. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information obtained through Entrata-hosted platforms, including ProspectPortal, Online Application, and ResidentPortal (collectively, the “Portals”) for properties managed by DiGeronimo Development, including but not limited to Canvas and Valor Acres.

2. Relationship to Entrata

The Portals are hosted and operated by Entrata, Inc. (“Entrata”), a third-party property management software provider. DiGeronimo acts as the data controller for resident and applicant information, while Entrata acts as a data processor and service provider, processing information solely on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions and contractual agreements.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information including but not limited to: (a) identifiers such as name, address, email address, and phone number; (b) application and leasing information; (c) payment and financial information; (d) communications and correspondence; and (e) other information voluntarily submitted through the Portals.

4. Use of Information

Personal information is used for legitimate business purposes, including processing applications, managing lease obligations, facilitating payments, responding to maintenance requests, communicating with residents and applicants, complying with legal obligations, and operating and improving our property management services.

5. Disclosure of Information

Personal information may be disclosed to Entrata and its authorized service providers, vendors, credit reporting agencies where applicable, and governmental authorities as required by law. DiGeronimo does not sell personal information.

6. Data Security

DiGeronimo employs reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect personal information within its control. Entrata is responsible for the security of information stored or processed within its systems and represents that it maintains commercially reasonable safeguards consistent with industry standards. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, and DiGeronimo disclaims any guarantee of absolute security.

7. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a security incident involving personal information under DiGeronimo’s direct control, we will comply with applicable state and federal notification requirements. Incidents occurring within Entrata’s systems are subject to Entrata’s contractual and legal obligations.

8. Ohio Resident Rights

Residents who are Ohio consumers may request access to or correction of their personal information, subject to and in accordance with applicable laws. Requests may be submitted through the Portals or by contacting DiGeronimo Development directly.

9. Changes to This Policy

DiGeronimo reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting within the Portals with a revised Last Updated date.
